Business transformation and today’s CXO

C-suite executives today need to embrace new software-defined business models for the evolving workplace and workforce that combine virtualization, mobility management, networking, and SaaS solutions so businesses and people can work better together. We will look at challenges in education, adoption, and hiring the right skill sets to support this inevitable change.

Cloud and data center transformation

On the journey to data center transformation, finding the right mix of private, public, and hybrid clouds is critical to your organization's success. When it comes to choosing cloud platforms, one size doesn’t fit all. Technology, business needs, processes, and people skills are all key factors when rationalizing which approach makes sense for your organization.

Leadership and building a culture of innovation

Big institutions are failing. But smart, inspired leaders can drive the changes needed across an organization to win in today’s digital economy.  What strategies are working?  What companies are providing the partnership, collaboration, and tools needed to support the process?

Join your peers and visionaries from the IT industry for this executive guided interactive conversation to discuss the ingredients of the IT Organization.

Open Forum Discussion (45 minutes)

The discussion will be based on the challenges previously discussed, and it will take the format of group brainstorming to come up with possible suggestions and solutions to common challenges at the executive IT level.
