Michael leads KPMG’s Sales Transformation and CRM practice in the US and Global Center of Excellence. He has had great success helping organizations improve their ability to generate revenue through the development of integrated and results oriented strategy, process, technology, and people programs. .

In addition to senior partner roles at other prestigious consulting firms, Michael recently was the SVP Global Market leader for the world’s leading security, intelligence and investigations organization.

As Vice-President Americas Dynamics at Microsoft, Renée Knee oversees an organization focused on delivering strategic outcomes aligned to our customer’s digital transformation journeys. Leading a group of Microsoft solution and industry experts across direct sales and channel engagement, the team works from the design of the art of the possible through to a deployable blueprint and platform. Renée is passionate about creating change and measurable value leveraging the combination of Microsoft’s expert resources, digital transformation platform and partner ecosystem.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she was an executive consultant delivering significant ROI on customer experience and employee engagement projects, held customer-facing executive roles at Hewlett-Packard, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle and was the Global CIO of the GAP Brand at GAP Inc. Renée was the lead executive on the merger and acquisition of JD Edwards at Peoplesoft and the HP executive on the merger and acquisition of the Enterprise Security assets for HP Software. She completed her Executive Development at INSEAD France and studied at University California Berkeley and California State University Hayward.

Renée is the Finance and Investments Chair in her board role at Dominican University of California, an advisor on the C-suite of Astia.org – a global non-profit focused on women’s entrepreneurial development and an emeritus member of the Accenture Women’s Leadership Executive Committee. She is a frequent speaker at industry and technology conferences and engaged in Bay Area education programs dedicated to influencing young women to pursue technology careers and leadership roles. Renée lives in Marin County, California with her husband and son.

Jesse has over 16 years of enterprise IT and management consulting experience. Jesse has worked with numerous industry leading technology, financial services and health and life science clients, helping them improve operations and increase marketing, sales and service effectiveness. Prior to joining KPMG, Jesse was Vice President of Delivery and CRM Practice Leader for a leading global system implementer. There he spent 8 years building and overseeing an Award Winning Dynamics CRM Team, responsible for the successful implementation of 100’s of CRM initiatives.
